Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26th 1977) was born in the city of Campinas in Sao Paulo. She was on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira is a Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime member. It was formed in the month of March, 2020. She currently works as an analyst managing the Assassination Witness project and a core member of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement group. The GI TOC's work focuses on the assassination of people (including disappearances) or violence as well as various other forms of crime with respect to illicit economy. She is also interested in the impacts of organized crime and human rights on humanitarian policy and the law. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction with distinction International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva. Fundacao Getulio Vargas has awarded her with an LL.M. Cum laude with a focus on Public Law. Ana Paula earned a magnacum honours bachelor's degree Legal and Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She was a trained lawyer and worked for 4 years at an attorney firm for public law. Previous experiences have included assisting in roles with non-governmental agencies located in Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
