Perpetual Motion is the name the name of her show is well-known to many people. Marilu has lived witness to the effect her holistic lifestyle has had on her life. She is a firm believer that good health will allow you to do everything. But it wasn't always this way. When she was a teenager her weight climbed rapidly. She always felt sick and ate emotional. When both of her parents passed to death at 50-her father due to cardiac arrest as well as her mother from arthritis complications-she decided she would take charge over her health. It wasn't about diets however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop a lifestyle that would maximize how our bodies are designed to function.
